Thank you for contributing to our Fall Festival Silent Auction! Please complete this form with the information about your classroom basket.
Deadline: Monday, October 19, 2026
If you are attending the Basket Wrapping Party on Monday, October 19, please bring all of your basket items with you.
If you are unable to attend the wrapping party, please assemble and wrap your basket in cellophane with a bow and drop off the completed basket at the school office by 2:30 pm on Monday, October 19.
